No lie. They told her when she was a kid that some day she'd be able to split the world like a china plate.
BUT I assure you that unless it's plotted out or discussed, I will not have Charlie use her abilities on your characters. This works out pretty well for Charlie here, because she doesn't like using her fire unless she has to. She has hang-ups, one of which is the smell of burning people.
Anyway. This is a permissions post.
