This was the last thing I expected when I woke up this morning.

[There is a girl about 11 years old staring into the video with an annoyed look on her face. For anyone that's known Charlie long enough, they might recognize the big blue eyes or at least think they were familiar.

Anyway, the child speaking is outside somewhere. Possibly wandering Xanadu like she's searching for something important. And she looks worried.]

I really hope this is just a physical change and not a mental one. [It is just a bit, but not the way she's thinking.] Otherwise, oh man is this going to be interesting.

[A pause.]...I almost wish my dad was here. This is kinda scary.

[Yeah, this stopped being wonderful again.]

[ liz's mouth drops open. this is her first encounter with a curse, and whatever she'd been expecting them to be like - it wasn't this. but, she supposes, that it could be worse. being turned into a child was certainly more preferable over being turned into a monster or something else. ]

Oh. Okay. [ ... ] Do you, uh, need me or someone to come get you?

I'm on my way back to the apartment, now. I was with Steve for part of the day and had breakfast but I think I should just stay home until this is done with. I'll be there in a minute.


[A few minutes later, she's entering the apartment, looking just a bit annoyed]

Not entirely. Is that weird? That's probably weird. I feel like I'm supposed to be in Virginia after my father died but then I feel like that's ages ago.
