I tried all kinds of things and all I ever said to them when I started to talk again was I wanted my dad. I didn't want to do anything without him. At one point, one of them gained my trust enough where he convinced me to start bargaining with them. He was pretending to just be a maintenance worker so I didn't really suspect him of anything.
